Sewer & Plumbing Infrastructure

Ensuring safe, reliable flow through the pipes that run beneath your basement.

Service Overview

Basement plumbing is often a mix of original infrastructure, later additions, and repairs made over decades. When something backs up, drains slowly, or needs to be rerouted, the visible problem may be only one part of the story.

FGS works with basement sewer and plumbing infrastructure to improve drainage, access, and routing where practical. That can mean replacing or rerouting lines, adding access points, or correcting plumbing that no longer works well with the basement.

The goal is straightforward: make the infrastructure below the house work the way it should.

What We Work On

Drain & Sewer Lines
Repairing, replacing, or rerouting basement drain and waste piping where needed.

Cleanouts & Access
Creating practical access to plumbing that may need inspection, cleaning, or future service.

Floor Drains
Addressing basement floor drains and their connection to the larger drainage system.

Plumbing Rerouting
Reworking awkward or outdated pipe routes when they interfere with access, utilities, or how the basement is used.

Before We Change the Plumbing, We Trace Where It Goes.

What’s connected
Fixtures, floor drains, stacks, and branch lines can all be part of the same larger system.

How it’s routed
Older basements often contain plumbing added at different times, and the most obvious route isn’t always the original one.

Where there’s access
Cleanouts, exposed piping, and service points matter—not just for the work today, but for whatever needs attention later.

What happens downstream
A slow drain or backup may show up in one place while the underlying restriction or routing issue is somewhere else.
